User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activity within their account complies with these terms and applicable laws. You agree not to use the gt7 platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the gt7 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring their account has sufficient balance before placing any bets or making transactions.
Deposit
- Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including TNG eWallet, local online banking (Maybank, CIMB, RHB), and other approved methods.
- Minimum deposit amounts are as specified for each payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of your account.
- Gt7 reserves the right to decline or withhold any deposit suspected to be linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, subject to required security checks.
- Gt7 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.
- Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the chosen method and internal review requirements.
- Any taxes or fees imposed by banks or payment providers are solely the user's responsibility.
Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits

Gt7 Limitation of Liability
Gt7 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial losses, service disruptions due to technical issues beyond our control, or failures in the user's internet connection. The gt7 platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors at all times.
Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
Gt7 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the platform's sole discretion. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to claim any remaining balance if the breach involved fraud or manipulation of the system.
Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any valid remaining balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.
Intellectual Property
